I have met you at Academy of Management at Honolulu, Hawai. Andre is doctor now, and Flavio and me ,we are very happy with his work. He is working with me, now as a professor, at FEI - Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial, and he is now my colleague, with a very good income for his age - 27 years old. I hope he will go as soon as possible to Telaviv University to make a post doctoral research with you, when his employer allows it, thant he can keep his job and his salary and he can go with a post doctoral fellowship to study at Israel.
