Oh. Just last night I was writing a longish rant about Nebula after Blogilista.fi's server crashed and I noticed that they are now closing their customer support at midnight. I was worried that the server's going to be down until Monday morning.
Almost immediately after I posted my rant to Pinseri, the server came back up (and so I revised the posting). Great timing :)
Anyways, these kind of crashed were previously handled by Nebula in couple of minutes, day or night, now it took two hours.
Other than that, I've been happy customer so far and haven't had anything bad to say about Nebula's reliability. Let's hope it stays that way.
Seems they're growing pretty fast nowadays, hope hope it stays under control.

Our company uses Nebula too (after they bought Magenta which we used before) for our Playray services. Lately we have _not_ been happy with their hosting service's reliability. Way too many major failures. I really hope they can improve their service back to the levels it used to be...
